Beyoncé paid tribute to Juneteenth by donning outfits exclusively crafted by Black designers during her 'Renaissance' world tour performance in Amsterdam. As she took to the stage at Amsterdam's Johan Cruijff Arena, Beyoncé unveiled a brand-new look from her Atelier IVY PARK collection. Having a passion for Black fashion, Beyoncé created the House of Dereon collection in collaboration with her mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson.
The Amsterdam concert transformed into a three-hour runway, featuring outfits by Maximilian Davis for Ferragamo, Olivier Rousteing for Balmain, Ibrahim Kamara for Off White, Ethiopian designer Feben, Laquan Smith from Queens, and Beyoncé's own Ivy Park creations. The star has adorned herself in disco-themed designs by Mugler, Alexander McQueen, and Balmain since her tour began in May.
For the Amsterdam show, Beyoncé showcased a custom, full-length pink fringed overcoat paired with a matching floor-length gown. The bespoke look was creatively directed by the singer-songwriter herself.
The Renaissance World Tour dancers complemented Beyoncé's outfit by wearing an array of pink Ivy Park ensembles, styled by Karen Langley, Brittany Jones, and Shiona Turini. The Atelier IVY PARK collection, featured in Amsterdam during the final performance, was also worn by the dancers.
Earlier this year, Beyoncé's partnership with Adidas reportedly ended due to creative differences, leading to the Ivy Park line's split. The Hollywood Reporter highlights these differences as a contributing factor.
