67 Orange Street Bar offers unique drinks, fascinating history, and the popular Uncle Waithley's Vincy Brew, inspired by the owner's Caribbean heritage.

Located in Harlem, 67 Orange Street bar delivers a range of alcoholic beverages and unique drink recipes, with a rich history and a special addition of Uncle Waithley's Vincy Brew, a carbonated ginger beer inspired by owner Karl Franz Williams' ginger-farming grandfather from St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The 67 Orange Street name originates from the last known address of a 19th-century tavern in lower Manhattan's infamous Five Points area, thought to be 'one of the first black-owned and operated bars in New York City,' according to Williams.

Today, Waithley's Vincy Brew is available in over 40 bars and restaurants in the tri-state area, loved for its delightful ginger zest that enhances cocktails and non-alcoholic mixed drinks.

In a bid to expand the reach of this savory drink, Williams' Uncle Waithley's Beverage Company, alongside dozens of StartEngine.com investors, managed to raise over $200,000 in a capital funding campaign.

Interestingly, Williams uses a unique industry technique to make Uncle Waithley's ginger brew, employing a ‘Vintage Fermentation’ process to age the ginger beer for richness and maturation.

After its initial popularity in Harlem’s Whole Foods Market, Uncle Waithley's can now be found citywide and online at Amazon.com. It's also set to make its debut in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with Vintage Bequia, a high-end retail outlet.

Meanwhile, the Haitian Times newspaper's Banboch Kreyol concert is scheduled next Sunday at the Coney Island Amphitheater, featuring performances by Tabou Combo, Klass, RAM bands, and more.

Set in a hot city summer, the world premiere of Diane Exavier's play 'Bernarda's Daughters' is currently running until June 4 at the Signature Theater's Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre in Manhattan.

Lastly, dancehall artist Shaggy's latest musical creation 'In the Mood' is now available on all streaming platforms. The seven-track EP album has a fast-paced, soca-sounding production that captures the spirit of Trinidad and Tobago Carnival.
