NYPD discovers stabbed man dead on Manhattan train

Second fatal stabbing in NYC subway this week, as a 32-year-old man is found dead on Manhattan train early Saturday morning.

A shocking incident unfolded on a Manhattan train early Saturday, resulting in a man being found stabbed to death. Police were alerted to the 14th St./Union Square station shortly after 4 a.m., where they discovered the 32-year-old victim unconscious on a southbound No. 4 train.

Medical personnel from EMS rushed the man to Bellevue Hospital. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, his life could not be saved. The identity of the man remains undisclosed.

No arrests have been made, and inquiries are underway to track the victim's movements. Investigators aim to establish the precise location of the stabbing, and whether it took place on the train or outside the transit system.

This marks the second fatal stabbing on New York City's subway system this week. Earlier, Devictor Ouedraogo, 36, was stabbed to death during a brawl on a J train crossing the Williamsburg Bridge. Jordan Williams, a 20-year-old suspect, faces manslaughter charges and was released without bail.
