Moreover, in a further nod to environmental responsibility, Sorted Food utilized Mukuru Clean Stoves for cooking, a noteworthy innovation introduced by Kenyan entrepreneur Charlot Magayi in 2017. These stoves are celebrated for their emission reduction abilities, producing an impressive 90% less pollution than open fires and a reduction of 70% in comparison to conventional stoves.
